We just went kinda hard on this one. Adam laid down that intro verse and we just knew it was gonna be a heavy hitter. Tommy came in wild too. For me, this song was honestly one of my first attempts to rap. I would try rapping on lil voice recordings and whatnot in the past, but this was one of the first times I committed it to a song. I was trying to embody both confidence (something I can't always find), as well as the raw emotion of the times.
